Yogurt Veggie Dip
Get the full taste of sour cream dip with healthful yogurt and organic spices!
At least 8 hours before serving: Line a sieve with cheesecloth. Place 8 ounces of plain yogurt in the cheesecloth. Rinse the yogurt container and use it to hold the sieve. Pull the ends of the cheesecloth over the yogurt to cover it (or use plastic wrap) and place in refrigerator to drain.
When the yogurt is drained and very thick: Place in serving bowl. Mix in 1 tsp Feisty Fiesta spice blend from Your Spice of Life. Taste for seasoning; a small amount of additional sea salt may be called for.
Serve with an assortment of raw vegetables and some tortilla chips.
