| Middle Eastern Deviled Eggs
Hardboil 6 eggs, then peel and cool.
Slice carefully in half and remove the yolks to a small bowl.
Using a fork, mash the yolks until smooth.
Add 2 T plain yogurt and 1 T finely minced red onion.
Add 1 tsp. Fiery Fusion blend from Your Spice of Life.
Taste mixture and add salt to your taste.
Blend well and carefully spoon into egg halves.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, to allow the filling to set.
When ready to serve, dust the serving dish lightly with Fiery Fusion, and garnish with fresh parsley or mint.
