| Quick Greek-style Shrimp
Prep the following ingredients to make 4 servings as a main course or 6 servings as an appetizer:
24 medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined. (For appetizer, leave the tails on.) 1/2 c goat cheese 16 black olives, pitted (use Kalamata or oil-cured) 1/2 c red onion, rough diced 1 T Rosemary's Chicken blend by Your Spice of Life Fresh mint for garnish
Sautee the onion on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Add black olives.
Add shrimp, and sautee for 2 minutes or until done (don't overcook! they should be in the shape of a C not an O)
Add goat cheese and Rosemary's Chicken, stirring swiftly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with the mint.
