Chunky and full of flavor!
This is the most wholesome of our organic blends -- big pieces of lemon peel mix with rosemary leaves and ground peppercorns. It's best used where BIG flavor is called for!
≈ Peel and quarter potatoes and place in a shallow roasting pan. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil over potatoes, then toss with about 1 TBSP of Rosemary's Chicken until evenly coated. Roast uncovered at 400° until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
≈ Rosemary's Chicken is delicious on.... chicken! Rub on the inside and outside of a roaster chicken before baking, or lightly spinkle on pounded chicken breasts before sauteing in olive oil on the stove.

Two kinds of orange give this an intense burst of citrus! Tangy Citrus can make its home almost anywhere on your plate. It has a light, fruity, garlicky taste that gently highlights other flavors.
Õ We love it sprinkled on broiled scallops, or any light fish. Õ Try making a vinaigrette with extra virgin oilive oil, a white vinegar, minced shallot and a sprinkling of Tangy Citrus, to taste. The amount you use will depend on how strong your vinegar is. Õ Steamed asparagus takes on a new dimension with a light drizzle of olive oil and Tangy Citrus.
