| This quick and easy recipe can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish, over rice.
Wash and dry white button mushrooms, baby portabellas, or a combination of both.
For appetizers, cut into halves; for a main dish, cut into quarters.
Sautee mushrooms in olive oil on medium heat, stirring frequently, until tender but still firm.
Turn down heat to low. Stir in a small amount of light or regular sour cream.
Stir in a small amount of Racy Paprika blend.
Taste and adjust for more sour cream, Racy Paprika or salt.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
